圈儿 (Quan er), in Mandarin, means ‘circle’ or same group of people. This hotpot brand established in 2016, aims to celebrate the gathering and uniting of people just like that name's meaning. By redefining Chao Zhou beef hot pot, Quan er places utmost importance on guests' taste experience, meticulously curated ingredients, and carefully crafted broth, all while striving for service excellence and enhancing the overall dining experience.
I have been with the brand since 2016, working closely with the founder to shape its identity,
design both online and offline assets, and art direct photoshoots for the menu and stores.
This January (2024), we proudly celebrated the grand opening of the fifth store in Shanghai.
